GoogleMinors & Brady were acting for our vendor but we have to say that the service they provided to us as buyers was second to none. Lee and Emily were extremely efficient from our initial contact to view the property right through to completion with Emily continuously keeping us updated with progress and being very proactive in chasing all parties involved. Our purchase was fairly smooth and we feel this was largely down to their efforts. When we decide to move again (not just yet) we would definitely choose Minors & Brady as our estate agent.

Adam and Charlie were very helpful throughout the process of marketing my property, arranging viewings and negotiating with my buyer. They advised me every step of the way and their communication skills are a credit to Minors and Brady. I had a very positive experience selling my house with Minors and Brady and I highly recommend the use of their services.

It's a tricky time in hte rental market at the moment but luckily Minor & Brady are one of the good estate agents out their. Beth Linton made the process easy and turned our application around in less than an hour. Really glad we went with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I'll be honest, we did not have a great experience with Minors & Brady (typical estate agents) & I felt like it was down to us to get the house sold. Honestly, it was sold due to rightmove & I was the 1 that showed our buyers around our property. But, Nagilla Santos who was our aftersales progressor was great.Communication is obviously key when it comes to buying & selling properties, so when Nagilla stepped up to take charge once our property was sold for the 2nd time, she done a great job.

Where other estate agent firms have been less than useful, Claire has constantly harried and reminded other parties in the chain that tasks need to be completed and there are people waiting who are in a state of flux.
