The sale of my home started with Ange & Co who oversee the sale of my home from start to finish to an exceptionally high standard. Towards the end Ange and Co merged with Minors and Brady and I can only state that M & B have landed themselves an A1 estate agent and I'm sure if they follow her lead and experience their business will benefit 100%. If I was to sell another property I would now use Minors and Brady and ask for Ange to oversee it.

Karol Wengrzik Is one of M&B’s property valuers and we were very impressed when he came to value our property. He had done his “homework” before coming and was able to tell us knowledgeably about the current market, our competition etc. But he also listened carefully to us in terms of how quickly we wanted to move, what we felt were the strengths of our property etc. He took on board suggestions we had in terms of the description of our property and marketing ideas whilst putting forward good suggestions himself. Overall he was friendly, experienced and professional with solid interpersonal skills. We were left with the strong feeling that Karol and the rest of the M&B team were genuinely interested in selling our house and would give it their best. If the rest of the process with M&B is of the standard Karol has set, we will be very pleased.

GoogleMinors & Brady were acting for our vendor but we have to say that the service they provided to us as buyers was second to none. Lee and Emily were extremely efficient from our initial contact to view the property right through to completion with Emily continuously keeping us updated with progress and being very proactive in chasing all parties involved. Our purchase was fairly smooth and we feel this was largely down to their efforts. When we decide to move again (not just yet) we would definitely choose Minors & Brady as our estate agent.

Adam and Charlie were very helpful throughout the process of marketing my property, arranging viewings and negotiating with my buyer.
