GoogleI haven't lived here long but already feel at home. Any issues or question I have are responded to and resolved promptly by our customer care manager Vesa. Really happy in Kooky Tower, the location is so convenient.

GoogleThey will not even offer a 10-min in person viewing because their agent is there only one day per week and doesn’t have time.. they expect you to rent based on a virtual viewing. And it took weeks to just get a call back from them. Very disappointed

GoogleThe building and the location is great as its a 7 minutes walk to the station and 5 minutes of a walk to the high street. The apartments are well maintained and Laureta, the building manager is super helpful and always available!

GoogleKooky’s process falls well below professional standards. I would recommend against them where possible.

GoogleNice flats, but most of all super customer service. Nothing is too much of a problem, change of moving date, change of parking slot, asking for some furniture to be removed? They handled it all without any problem.
