A friend of mine previously lived at Kooky, and I always had a very positive impression whenever I visited. He highly recommended living here, praising the professionalism and kindness of the management and staff. When I had the opportunity to move, Kooky was my first choice for my new home. The entire booking process was seamless, and I am especially grateful for all the support and assistance from Aaron, from my initial enquiry through to signing the contract. Having now lived here for a month, I can confidently say that the apartment is extremely comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. I truly appreciate the sense of responsibility demonstrated by the management team, particularly the General Manager, Deni (Denisia Canta), who has been exceptionally kind-hearted, attentive, and responsive to all my queries. Choosing Kooky has proven to be the right decision, and I am very pleased with my experience so far.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at Kooky so far. The apartments are modern, well designed and thoughtfully finished, which makes them feel very comfortable to live in. The building is kept clean and secure, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Jas, the General Manager, has been excellent, very approachable, quick to respond, and genuinely supportive whenever I’ve had a question or request. It’s clear that resident experience is a top priority here, and it makes a big difference. I’m very happy with my home at Kooky and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and well-managed place to live

Just moved into Kooky Staines and not only does the flat score top marks for quality and style, but every correspondence from my initial email enquiry to the move-in process and now beyond has been handled promptly and professionally. One minor issue (leaky sink pipe) has been fixed immediately. Very happy so far and I hope it continues like this!

As a Canadian living in the UK for the first time, I had numerous poor experiences with many letting agencies (Chase Evans being the worst) over the past few years. My experience with Kooky was nothing short of fantastic over the last 3 years. My property manager in particular, Deni, was amazing. She always replies in a timely manner, is very polite, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about issues you face (if any). The Kooky brand as whole have thoughtful employees who are flexible and don't try to take every GBP from you however they can like other agencies. As long as you are a good and honest tenant that treats their property as your own, they will help you when needed, and will be fair. Deni in fact is a perfect example of how a property manager should be and is an excellent representation of the Kooky brand. During a time were the integrity of UK real estate agency's have come into question, the one thing I can say for certain, because of Deni, is that you can trust Kooky.

Having rented for 12 years with various agencies and private landlords, our rental experience with Kooky has been amazing. From the hotel-like feel, style, furnishings and the exemplary quality of service from the Kooky team, you wouldn't want to rent anywhere else. I could have started with 10 stars but Google permits only half of it. This is amazing place to stay, well decorated and really to high end. This building (Windsor House) is part of London Square but these guys (Kooky) have set this building at a very high specs. There is parking, gym, large balcony, if you stay high above - u can see planes landing and take off (ofcrs no sounds or disturbance from them - they are slightly far off). The Kooky team is just amazing , most importantly they listen to you and respect you , try finding ways to show excellent customer service. Special mention to Vesa, she is amazing. I can really call this place 'Above and Beyond'.

Beautiful, immaculate apartments and building, great location and a generally brilliant place to live. From the second you view the apartment to the minute you move out, genuinely nothing is too much trouble for the brilliant Kooky staff - It's really next level service from Vesa and the team. This is how all rentals should be. A real stark contrast from previous landlords where even getting a response is impossible. With Kooky, everything is dealt with immediately. They'll even come and hang stuff on the wall for you! I can't recommend this place highly enough. I'm gutted to be moving on!

I've been enjoying my apartment since September 2019. The spec and finish is high-end and I love the south facing aspect and views from my balcony onto landscaped terraced gardens. The central location is ideal -- everything you need on your doorstep. On site parking is convenient, oh and the gym and a concierge too! What really sets Kooky apart is the service, every member of the team goes the distance for you and nothing is too much trouble. Special hats off to Vesa who provides the best customer care and is always responsive and on it.

Really can’t fault the level of service and customer care we’ve been given while living at Kooky, they really do go above and beyond. Vesa in particular has been amazing and is always on standby to help with any queries and to just generally check in. The small things, such as welcome gifts, Christmas well wishes, maintenance teams to help place items on the wall and occasional checking in messages are just some of the small things that really do make you feel like you’re treated as a priority here. Great place to live for two working professionals. Myself and my partner had a great 6 months living at Windsor House. The apartments are decorated well, finished to a high standard with new appliances and parking available at an extra cost. The gym is well equipped, although we didn't get to use it as much as we'd like coz Covid :( Any queries we had were answered and solved almost immediately. We would happily recommend Kooky and Windsor House to anyone thinking to move here.
