GoogleI have been impressed with the way Kings has helped us in getting a property that satisfies all our wishes and never failed with any repairs on time and very rapid response on emails which for me was very convenient. Contract was very clear with no hidden charges. Many thanks to Callum as he is very professional and never failed us. Very recommended and i will keep referring kings and Callum for the continuos support they provide during the property take over.

GoogleWe as a family were renting from Kings for nearly 9 years. Always been looked after, never failed with any repairs on time and very rapid response on emails which for me was very convenient. GoogleWe have let our flat through Kings for over 10 years and cannot fault their service which has been consistently good since we have been dealing with them. Prior to using Kings I had tried one of the larger Estate Agents in Staines and was disappointed with their service and I am so glad I switched to Kings. Everything is dealt with efficiently and there is always someone on the end of the phone to deal with any queries.

They have been amazing and helped me so much with what I need and answering all the questions I had making me feel comfortable and making the process so easy. They are absolute angels and I would recommend them to anyone who is trying to move they are stars and I am so grateful to them. GoogleAs a tenant of a flat managed by Kings Lettings (Staines) on behalf of my landlady, I have a good customer experience for 6 years. All emergencies that I faced were sorted out rapidly by the agency. They always found the words to convince my landlady to do the right thing, thus reasonably maintaining the apartment and therefore my happiness of living there. I sincerely recommend the team based in Staines.

GoogleHello my name is Arthur and I would like to briefly share my almost 6 years of experience renting from Kings Lettings based in Staines.Me and my fiancee Beata are renting Studio Flat from 2015 and soon we are moving to 1 Bed Flat with the same agency.At that time we had various faults resulting from the use of the apartment etc - and I must say that we could always count on quick ( if possible ) and profesional assistance of the agency employess.I perfectly understand that it is more difficult to find a landlord who will stay with the agency for years,and bring some profit, than tenants who are much easier to find...However i think after 6 years of renting that Staines Office employess can find a perfect balance between landlord satisfaction and renters happiness 🙂 I would like to thank all the current office workers - I remember especially a wery kind and hardworking lady named Jeanette who looks after us from the wery beginning. We saw the house on Friday, we visited on Saturday and the documents where ready to sign on Monday, this process went beyond our expectations, she make it so easy and clear. Definitely recommend it as she was answering any questions we had, she was really friendly and professional and you could see that she really put the effort to make the process as smooth is possible.

FacebookUtter shambles of a company. Guess as they deal with Lettings, milking of tenants is what they do and how they make their money. Nearly 8 years ago I rented an apartment through these people and they seemed ok, typical estate agent type business with more interest in their landlords than their tenants. My tenancy came to an end and the landlord (who has been lovely) instructed Kings to pay back my deposit in Full. I questioned what will happen with the interest that was accrued on my money whilst in their care. I was straight away notified of a paragraph deep in the small print of my tenancy agreement, that wasn’t renewed or signed for years stating that the interest the tenants deposit generates will be kept by the agent… Obviously this was never mentioned when I signed the agreement and they keep shtum about it. I checked with the DPS and they operate a give back to tenant policy with interests accrued. Kings however uses TDS for deposit protection and they keep it in their own accounts.. My £1300 will have accrued a fair bit of interest that they will now keep for themselves without ever having done anything for it. Just be mindful dealing with these scam artists, they don’t give a Sh*t about you just about getting the most amount of money out of tenants. Kings Lettings Staines, be very ashamed of yourselves, I can only imagine how much interest you steal off people this way. It’s utterly disgusting and makes me sick.

GoogleI have been dealing with Kings in Staines since it had just opened around twenty years ago and have always found them really professional, helpful, and efficient. I'm still using them to let my properties now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, in fact I have done so to a number of people over the years. The current team lead by Jeanette are really friendly and go out of their way to provide an excellent service.

We received an excellent service, the whole process before check in was quick and easy thank to Sandra and Jade who kept us updated and answered our questions as soon as possible. I would also mention Jeanette who was very helpful while signing the tenancy agreement. Highly recommended!

From the contractual side with Sandra sorting out our contracts yearly, and with Jeanette helping us sort out every issue we had. The team has always been very responsive, professional and friendly in dealing with the issues that arose and always provided prompt assistance. Bunch of thieves, 5 weeks later still no deposit back, every phone call it’s excuses, good luck getting a penny back, tried to charge us for the landlords dirty curtain, had mould issues the entire tenancy, no hot water, rat problems, disgusting agent
