My parents, at 82 decided to move and Rob has been a blessing. He has kept them updated constantly. Dave, dad, said they were quite daunted with the process as it's been many years since they moved but the process was made much easier with Rob's help.

Rob and Joss both provided exemplary care and communication in our negotiating process, although sadly we weren't able to close due to personal circumstances.As a buyer, it's really rare to feel like you are dealing with a personalised service who wants all parties to have a fair and positive outcome. Because they are a small team, with a lot of knowledge and experience in their catchment (we were looking at Thames riverfront) they were a really helpful and well-connected resource, who handled all of the back and forth efficiently. Buying and selling property can be pretty arduous, and it would be great if there were a few more estate agents like the team at Absolute Homes. We wish them all the best in finding the right fit.
