The leek branch have been brilliant during my sale process, (it wasn’t the easiest chain)from a Facebook message on a Sunday night, Louis was around for photos and valuation the next day, kept me in the loop on what’s app and phonecalls, a promised fixed price that was kept. Most of my dealings were with Hannah who is a credit to the company, phonecalls and chasing stuff throughout the process and nothing is too much trouble for her. I used The agents because They have an office in the centre of the town and were most welcoming when I went in with my husband to make enquiries. Marcus and Chloe were most helpful in providing advice on value and keeping me up to date with viewings and feedback when I received offers they provided advice about the purchases circumstances and what to do about questions following the survey.
