Great team at Tunstall. Kept informed at all times regarding the progress of the sale. My buyer’s solicitor was very slow and poor at communicating but Matt and his team were on their case to get the legal side moving. Matt knows the ST6 area well and I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant estate agents. My sale was very complicated and very stressful but the team were always on hand to support and guide me through the process. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you Rachel as you are amazing.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star, they issue my partner who's currently pregnant and got 5 kids 2 months notice to find another house she's paid her rent on time every month for her be treated like this, the haven't given her a reason for the eviction only a section 21, when they rung to say she as 2 months to get out they said you need go to the council and not even offer her another property to go to then saying landlord wants his property back all bunch off cowboys only interested in money, so now she's panicking as she's got be out 1 month before Christmas and kids might not get a Christmas they want because of these I wouldnt give them the time of day, well priory hope you all can sleep at night knowing you all got a house go to and have a good Christmas while you throwing people out. I will be seeking legal advice through my union solicitors

As first time renters, due to a work move and delayed sale of our property, I do hope this isn’t the general service that renters have to endure. POV: Unresponsive, several issues that were reported were never resolved while we lived there. Inflexible, I had to make a 450 mile round trip to sign paperwork on a Friday as the agent couldn’t find someone else in the office, or make a brief 5 min trip into the office on the Saturday that we moved in. Rude and fairly unhelpful. Took them two weeks after we moved out to approve the return of our deposit and I’m not sure they even did a final inspection, after I spent a whole day cleaning! They only approved because we threatened to go through the legal process to get our money back. I glad we got into our own house, won’t be renting in again if possible.

I don't know why anyone would use this estate agents - they are rude to potential customers, and to buyers. My personal experience buying a property was being told to pull out, as they had other buyers lined up who had sold via Priory, when the delay ended up costing an extra £5k due to a change in stamp duty. My mother in law has been in floods of tears today due to the rude way they have spoken to her, after enquiring about a property. There are other properties she wants to view via Priory, having already got offers on her property, but the whole experience has put her off dealing with Priory when buying a property. Thankfully there are competitor estate agents in Biddulph that provide a much higher quality of customer service

Selling my Uncles property was a stress-free experience and I would recomend PPS to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property.

Matt was a bully throughout the process, consistent threatening emails. Phone calls sometimes twice a day. To me and my wife while we’re both working putting blame on us during the process. Even reducing her to tears on the phone. A nasty man and a nasty company.

Very capable team, great feedback and would definitely recommend. One of the best estate agents I have worked with.

We received a great Service from Priory (Biddulph) recently. Lee visited and did a thorough appraisal of the property with realistic valuation price. The marketing was very professional with great photos and the follow up and communication …

I can’t honestly recommend. Enquired about a property in Biddulph a couple of weeks ago and because I’m currently going through a debt relief order, because of that they weren’t interested in me. Single, non smoking, medical professional who recently switched jobs with a very healthy savings account; without debts and recently ended a two year tenancy without missing a single payment. Not considered due to rental arrears accrued from a property 7-8 years ago, even with the offer a guarantor. Not the kind of letting agency or landlord I’d like to do business with.

Supportive throughout the whole process of selling house. Always ready to speak about things, both on the phone and if popped into the office. Would recommend.

Damage to property facade
Please avoid using this company. Put a for sale sign up after the purchase of the property was agreed. Once sale had gone through removed the sign and left damage to the cement render. Despite phone calls to the Biddulph office they refused to take any responsibility for the damage.

Being amateur landlords, we have dealt with the lettings side of Priory for ten years now. Over that time we have always felt content with the support we have received. We have had a number of tenants and the selection process appears to be sound. We have also had a change in personnel over time but are perfectly happy at present. The last few months have been difficult - understandably - but all seems be settling back down now.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Only applied for a house viewing where lady who never said hers name rang me back and made me feel useless. First question she asked or im employed and where do I live. Then she asked or I got guarantor. Where I asked why would I need one she said otherwise they don't know I can pay rent... Seriously??? U can ask me for a guarantor only if I don't pass my check. U have no information not about my earnings none of my references not of my history. She made me feel like there is something wrong with me and I can't have roof because I said I'm not willing to have guarantor. Absolutely disgusting attitude

100% Recommend Absolutely brilliant estate agents, so helpful, quick and efficient.

Very professional and polite agents. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough on show arounds. Agent knows his stuff more than most others and if I was selling, is who I'd want selling my home (for his knowledge, professionalism and charisma). Only niggle is (for buyers) we had a few homes we were interested in independently valued and they were roughly 10/11% over. Though we were told this is quite standard so buyers have room to negotiate, plus sellers might have requested they go in at the higher price against agents advice (hence I'm not knocking a star off as I do think the agents are extremely genuine and if we saw our dream home with them I would be happy to go with Priory).

If you have a foreign name than don't expect them to contact you back about a rental property...I have emailed them with my real email and been totally ignored...so I used different email address with British name and guess what?they emailed me straight away..bunch of racist

Unprofessional, incompetent and deceitful...a disgrace! Avoid!
My wife and I endured a torrid time at the hands of the Stoke-on-Trent Tunstall Branch of 'Priory Property Services'. From the very beginning Matt Heathcote sent us persistant emails which were pressurising, unsettling, mischievous, threatening and accusatory, all defined and experienced as 'aggressive behaviour' in The Property Ombudsman's Code of Practice. He attempted to pressure us into using his associated services, and to speed up the deal quicker than acceptable, even blaming us for holding up the deal when it was the vendors who had not sent the contract.
