Thank you for your comments, we are sorry that you were not satisfied with the service you received from us. I wanted to respond to assure you that we do work to recommended timescales when dealing with deposit refunds and always aim for a swift and amicable resolution for both parties. Sadly that was not possible with this case and an independent mediator has now settled the matter for both landlord and tenant. GoogleI have been a landlord for 4 years. They operate very friendly service. Deven at Stafford office is very approachable. If there are problems I must say it must be down to the landlords as I have had no issues at all. Would fully recommend.
