I was recommended to Little Mansions by Caley and Kulin who i learnt dont do rentals, however they assured me I would be in safe hands with Little Mansions. I had not made it a secret to the team that I was a first time landlord and really had no clue about processes and how anything worked in the rental market. From first meeting Pauline at the house, then Rachel and the advice and guidance from Laura and Imogen has been great. Each member of staff put me at ease and helped me through each stage of the letting. The communication has been second to none and they are clearly a close group of staff. Every aspect of their service has been exceptional and nothing has been too much trouble for any of them. I would highly recommend the team from Little Mansions. I've been renting with little mansions for over 4 years now. After having to move last month we held out to get another property through them, the idea of renting through anyone else filled me with horror! The whole team are excellent. Pauline and Rachel were amazing with issues in the previous property. They don't just cast you off like other letting agents and side with the landlord, they will fight to get things sorted for you as quickly as possible and follow up to check everything is alright. James did our checkout. I've never had one that fair before; a letting agents who actually account for wear and tear....biggest rarity ever. Megan showed us around the new property, she was friendly and honest. She checked in on us after we'd moved in to see if everything was alright and if we needed anything sorting out. Any issues we have I can trust Megan to help in anyway she can, if she's not sure she'll find out and always gets back to you. After TWO gardeners vanishing on us for the property we left, Megan went out of her way to help find a reliable gardener to help us get our deposit back. Louise is fantastic with any maintenance issues. She always responds and never casts you off. Louise always checks in on what's happened, if this issue is resolved or if there's anything else that needs doing. Michele carries out our inspections. She's very friendly, listens to any concerns or issues you may have and actually passes them on! She's very respectful and acts like she's visiting someone's home and not like she's checking up on tenants. I can not recommend Little Mansions enough, they really do care about their tenants and even though I'm sure I drove them crazy at times in my previous property I'm still here to tell the tale, that shows just how professional they are!

I recently had dealings with Little Mansions, as I was looking at one of their properties. Having dealt with dozens of Letting agents over the years, I was taken aback by their professionalism and overall service. I’ve found some agents to be very hit and miss but this is a great company and making an application was super easy. My dealings were largely with Victoria, she was friendly, professional and generous with her time during the viewing, as well as knowledgeable about the property (you’d be surprised how little some agents know. You feel like just another viewer on a conveyor belt) little mansions and Victoria were the opposite of this. Thank you for the great service I received. I highly recommend searching this companies listings if you’re looking for a house/home.

Beware of paying any sort of deposit or holding payment to this company. We paid a deposit for a property and when the landlord took it off the market took this "agency" almost 2 2weeks to return the deposit and still not returned yet .They trying to use the deposit for a cleaning which I left the house in same condition and I lived there for 4 years and after I moved he got people to decorated the house and trying to use the deposit for cleaning after them . I got pics of the house when I moved in and I send it to them but they didn't pay any attention

Regular, comprehensive property inspections are made and any issues highlighted and rated so that I am fully aware of any urgent problems. I'm unable to attend the property so i normally ask Steve to arrange any maintenance. Very poor service from little mansions. I enquired about a property on rightmove for rent. I emailed them too which they replied with a request for detailed personal information which I did. They did not respond. 3 emails later they state that they have multiple applications and are not doing viewings, despite rightmove stating this. When called out on this, they did not respond. The property now states let agreed. In a way, I am glad because how little mansions have handled my enquiries, I wouldn't want to do business with them. Little mansions, please do not respond with your generic waffle and attempt to fobb me off. I would swerve these cowboys. I had a bad experience looking for a potential new home with Little Mansions because of a lack of communication on their part, which led to disgruntled online communications through reviews from me and the reply from them but in fairness they have since called me and apologised for the whole thing and how it all turned out and have tried to do their best to make up for it for the future which is good. I really do think the manager here does her best to try and make everyone happy and keep the company running as well as it can in the current housing market but it is difficult and frustrating for letting agencies and potential tenants alike when there is a lack of good affordable homes for people who are desperate. Letting agencies and tenants can only do so much and the rest is up to landlords really.
