charles church often reply and rectify most items on the snagging lists, but to leave a 3 brick wide gap for 12 months in a shared fence atop a wall then nail a board to fill a gap actually beggars belief - very shabby and unprofessional .

This has led to myself having to communicate the same information multiple times across several agents. Got slightly frustrating. The workmanship is very poor. I find it very difficult to believe that my property was signed off as being satisfactorily completed. To be fair I was warned not to buy a Persimmon New Build but thought that the cost of purchasing a Charles Church New Build might mean a higher standard. Unfortunately not.
