Absolutely everything is rubbish about this company. The sales team don’t tell you the full story about anything until you’ve completed. The quality of fittings used are shocking and the skill level of the contractors used is questionable at best. Mainly apprentices turned up to rectify things that should have been right first time. And the customer services department is the worst I’ve experienced. Ever. Uninterested and unhelpful. What a shoddy company. If I could get a refund and hand back the house I’d do it.
