Morris Homes - Wintringham

We recently completed on our new home at a Morris Homes development in Wintringham, St. Neots. The warwick is like a dream home, amazing planning and very well built. Our sales contact was Angela and she came up with the exact offer that we needed to go ahead with this property. She was very helpful throughout connecting us with the mortgage broker and the solicitor. Angela responded to our queries quickly all the time and was very helpful to follow up on our behalf with the mortgage advisor and solicitor as required. We are very happy with the service we received and with our new home. Thank you very much!

Fantastic service at Alconbury Weald

Megan Irwin from the Alconbury Weald office was fantastic and helped lift our spirits up from an unsavoury experience we had with another builder on the estate.

A great deal on a high quality new home

Absolutely cannot complain. An extremely smooth buying experience, made so by a decent company with fairly sensible processes and a wonderful employee in Lizette (Broadacre Lytham St Annes) who is a credit to the organisation. I would highly recommend going into the conversation about new homes with Morris (and all builders) with a negotiation mindset. Deals can be found over almost anything. Be creative and encourage the developer to be flexible!

Hunsbury Grange

Had an appointment to see Lynne at Hunsbury Grange yesterday and she was so welcoming. We were late but that was no bother - she made it all work and was really accommodating. Hope to see Lynne again on this journey…

First time buyer

As a first time buyerMy experience from showroom till date have been above and beyond. All the staff on and off site have been so friendly honest and helpful. The house is amazing, there was a couple of small issues due to me being picky I asked for a touch up on a cupboard door and they delivered straight away with out questions.I have thoroughly enjoyed my buying process with Morris homes, from meeting Lynne and Jess and going through this process with them till the end with Scott as well, and can't recommend them enough.Even to today's date they are ensuring we're okay Scott even turned our outside tap off for the cold period as he knew we would probably forget. It's also lovely seeing friendly faces everyday and being waved at, it's like being a part of a community.

We visited Morris Homes development in Kineton.

We visited Morris Homes development in Kineton in Dec. 2023 to view two properties. We were warmly welcomed by the sale representative who provided most of the information we needed on the development and in particular on the property we liked. We have now booked a second appointment to view the site once again before we make a decision albeit not in a position to buy yet.

I recently visited Morris Homes at Tamworth as I am thinking of moving home in the near future. I hadn't got an appointment but Tracey very kindly showed me around the showhomes. Very impressive! She couldn't have been more helpful and I will bear that in mind when I finally make a decision to move. Thank you.

Morris Homes - Broadacre

I’ve been thinking of buying a new home and I have visited Morris Homes. Lizette, my advisor, was very welcoming, went above and beyond to help me and advise me about how to start the process, explained each step in detail and advised me of the best ways to proceed. I had a lot of questions but I was not rushed or dismissed at any point. Each of my questions was answered and explained. It was a very pleasant experience.
