GoogleI was extremely impressed with how the staff 'went the extra mile' in order to keep the sale moving. For example, accompanied the buyer on several occasions so he could measure for carpets etc, even after the sale had been agreed.

GoogleThis company are selling new houses in East Meon, called Penny Mile, be aware there is a serious lack of parking available for these houses and they are extremely likely to flood with any heavy rain fall. Having watched these being constructed over the past year I wouldn't trust the quality they brag about, they have used cheap materials and cut corners at every opportunty.

GoogleWhite & Brooks were extremely pro-active, efficient and responsive from my very first call. They viewed the property, provided a formal valuation together with a fee proposal and a suggested sales strategy, within a few days of my initial contact. They remained closely in contact during the sales process and it was always clear that they were acting in my interests as the vendor. They provided good independent advice to me with regards to which out of five offers to select (and actually recommended for good reasons that we should not go for the highest offer - advice which we agreed with and followed). I could not fault the service we received from them.

GoogleI had a call from White & Brooks asking if I was still searching (which I was). They offered me the opportunity to come and see the house and it was 'under offer' but the buyer had withdrawn. We made an offer and the communication was very good all the way through the process. Being an estate agent myself I was very impressed with the way we were keep informed and everyone was very helpful. Nigel offered us a late appointment to go back to the house for a second viewing which was so kind. Would definitely recommend them :)

GoogleWhite and Brooks have just successfully sold our rental flat. I was concerned that this could become a long drawn out process, something I have observed happen with a few other people in various locations over the last couple of years. I needn’t have worried. Although it was a modest flat they gave it the full “video-tour” treatment online and regularly monitored internet reaction to adjust the price accordingly. When a serious buyer was found and the matter went into the hands of our solicitors, White & Brooks continued to keep us well informed of any queries which came up so that we could respond quickly. GoogleHaving not moved for 25 years, the process of selling a home has changed somewhat during that time. White and Brooks guided me through the whole process with professionalism. The details that White and Brooks produced, I feel, were of far better quality than other local agents, which included a full 3D tour of the house, really making it come to life for prospective purchasers. We accepted an offer within a couple of weeks of the house going on the market, and the whole team kept me updated with the progress, answering my numerous questions with professionalism and patience. Overall, I was incredibly impressed and grateful to the whole team at White & Brooks for the way our house sale was completed. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property

GoogleAs buyers from 200 miles away, W & Brooks were very helpful with many minor issues, sizes of items in property for example. They were especially helpful in suggesting a surveyor to us. He turned out to be excellent & was able to later recommend a structural engineer, who also was excellent.
