GoogleI've met Lauren couple of days ago to view a few flats. My first expression about her is that she is super professional. She was on time and for us this was very important because both with my husband we had our schedules and no time to waste. I know this is something natural for most of the people but we had a bad experiences where we needed to wait 15-20 minutes for letting agents. From the very begging Lauren started a conversation in friendly manner which completely changed the atmosphere in a good way. During the viewing she was talking constantly giving us informative details about the properties. She was listening carefully to our questions and giving us thorough answers. He clearly listened to our requirements, did he best to accommodate our timescales, and every property he showed us was spot on what we were looking for - no time wasting. A very thorough professional, gives very very impartial and genuine advice which is sadly unheard of in the industry. Really goes above and beyond and I couldn't recommend him highly enough!

GoogleMy friend and I received excellent service from the Dexters St Margaret office and especially from our agent Samantha. 😍 She was always extremely helpful, very kind and professional. Always ready to answer any and many questions :) you could reach her or the office really easily. The process was smooth and enjoyable with them. A very professional and great service provider agency. Finding and renting a flat was a great experience with them which is normally a very stressful one. Highly recommend.
