I had a lot of questions because this was the first time I've rented a property. She even went out of her way to replace the batteries in my door entry lock - over and above the call of duty! I have no doubt the service will again be '5 stars' when I need to find the next tenant.

GoogleMy husband and I have mostly been working with Dexters Richmond and we have been very happy with them, they're professional, friendly and prompt.
However, today I called Dexters St Margarets to view a property and the agent said that there was no point in viewing because we only had a 10% deposit and we wouldn't get it. I found this unnecessarily rude and condescending since we have a decision in principle with our bank, and buying a house is difficult enough without estate agents being gatekeepers for who could view properties (not even at the top of our budget?!)NegativeProfessionalism
