GoogleM&W has a team of superb agents that are always helpful and knowledgeable. With especial mention is Rachael. She helped us let out our newly renovated flat, going to great lengths to find us our ideal tenant and going the extra mile when helping us prepare the flat for the tenant move in. She is friendly and very knowledgeable, and always kept us informed of what was happening. I 100% recommend her and M&W to everyone!

GoogleM&W are the best!! We found the perfect flat for us through M&W, well Luke actually found it for us and Jasmine was assigned to us. She has been amazing. So has Luke. We had a very 'turbulent' time trying to buy this place which we collected the keys for today. I have to say they really did take the stress and worry out of the whole buying experience. Never met estate agents like the four people who work at M&W. So utterly professional. Jasmine, Rachel, Luke and John. Excellent service, great people. 10/10 Well done team 😊😊😊

GoogleCould not recommend this estate agents any higher. Rachael has now worked her magic for a second time and found me another home and within very short notice each time! She has made the normally horrendous process of moving so much more bearable and I wouldn’t rent with anyone else now. Owner John and his whole team were professional, friendly and always helpful. My agent Edward was a star, regularly going above and beyond to help smooth and speed the process along. GoogleBuying your first property in the midst of a pandemic is never going to be particularly smooth sailing, but we are extremely grateful that we had M&W, and particularly our specific agent, Ed Montague, supporting us through the process. We encountered the inevitable delays and mishaps that take place when you are in a chain, and amongst the myriad issues with sensitive lenders and unresponsive and wayward solicitors, Ed was for the most part, our only guiding light, always at the end of the phone and always with a can - do attitude. He went above and beyond the call of duty as an Estate Agent to the onward purchaser, and was often our only source of information or console in the stessful times,- always helpful, friendly and unflappable, even when we were becoming understandably stressed and needy! The rest of the team were also always on hand to offer what advice they could , and help to steer us towards what was, in the end, a successful completion! I am so happy in my new home and eternally grateful to M&W for assisting us on the journey. Would recommend. :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAfter waiting 23 years to move home M&W certainly eased the way for our move. A special mention for Edward who I feel sold the house as if it were his own. He did all the viewings as I didn’t wish to. The last viewing that was booked he asked to change the time so that it was he who could do the showing. As it happened it wasn’t needed because we had an offer the day before! Luke helped us to find another property from some pretty slim pickings and used his area knowledge to help us. The last few weeks of the sale became very fraught with the onward move. Ed was in contact daily and keeping everyone informed of any potential news. I would definitely use M&W again. We had some sort of contact with all the team and they were great. Thanks guys for making what became a stressful situation much less so.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI found Edward the real estate agent I dealt with to be personable; knowledgeable and very responsive to the queries I had. Far more approachable and helpful than other real estate agents I had dealt with in Hastings. He is an asset to M&W and has a a great career ahead of him. Jasmine represented M&W extremely well in the back office and my solicitor found her efficient and timely with all his requests for information. He was impressed. Overall the M&W service was outstanding and helped smooth the path to my property purchase. I would recommend them and would def use them againPositiveResponsiveness
