Jasmine Burley was able to answer questions and guide me through the process of selling a flat. This was not straightforward due to the first buyer taking a lengthy period trying to find a mortgage. We had been understanding and patient with this buyer but it was Jasmine who suggested that we put it on the market again. This led to a buyer accepting the sale price and was far more efficient in getting things done. Jasmine is knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to and I would recommend her to others.

I often don't remember to write a review but my experience working with Edward at M+W was so good that it definitely needs one! I'd highly highly recommend him and the company to anyone looking to buy in the Hastings area. I'm so happy with the flat they found me. It's quite tough as a buyer at the moment as there is a lot of demand and where a lot of other agents often seemed a bit standoffish, Edward really seemed to care and have everyone's best interest at heart. We were trying to buy a different property with a different estate agent for 9 months before we finally had to walk away as we felt it just wasn't going to happen. We saw a property advertised by M&W and were immediately smitten by it, the team arranged an immediate viewing (later that day) and three days later our offer was accepted. Having had such a difficult time with our previous attempted purchase, we were naturally twitchy and were exceptionally anxious for a quick turnaround. The M&W team were responsive to emails and calls; it never mattered if a key contact wasn't available to call or email, someone else on the team would always pick up and keep the ball rolling. We loved the online 'Sales Progression' dashboard detailing the progressive milestones for both sale and purchase. We completed in less than three months, which was amazing. We are so grateful to M&W for looking after us so well, even keeping us chatting and entertained whilst sitting anxiously in their office, waiting nervously for news that we had finally completed at long last. The whole team couldn't be more helpful, friendly, and professional and they have our heartfelt thanks, and recommendation.
