GoogleKatie Brier, of the Northolt branch, gives excellent service & cannot be recommended too highly. She is enthusiastic & sends regular progress reports. I asked 3 agents for probate valuations. Katie Brier was the first to respond. We live 120 miles away from the flat to be sold. Katie found a locksmith to change the locks & will have the electricity meter read on completion. As so often happens, 2 buyers dropped out. Katie quickly found a third, who has now exchanged contracts. The second buyer's solicitors had done much work before that buyer offered a much reduced price just before exchange of contracts was due. Katie suggested to the third buyer that it would be quicker & cheaper for him to use the previous solicitors. This saved a lot of time. Katie has taken the load off our shoulders & pursued matters to a successful conclusion.

Googlestaff were unwilling to help with our needs and when confronted on the phone that they seemed unwilling to help, the gentleman was very standoffish, kept interrupting me/talking over me when i was trying to explain myself and was extremely rude. worst estate agents ive had the displeasure of dealing with.
Thanks for your review and I'm sorry that the two properties you wanted to view both have occupants who could not allow access on the same day to fit in with your plans. As we advised we could arrange them for you but on different days. I appreciate that you haven't been able to secure slots that you wanted and that you are not happy with that but I'm not sure how we can enforce access on tenants to suit you when they have already provided their availability. It is for you and us to fit in with their requests and not the other way around. I tried to explain this but you didn't allow me to speak so I do not feel your review is fair or warranted however we wish you the very best in finding a property.

He needs to learn about customer service and treating people with respect, regardless of how "useless" he considers them in his sales. He also lied to us regularly throughout the process so listen carefully to what he says, he will do anything to make a sale.

GoogleDate of this review 08.12.2023. Property (maisonette) sold above asking price in 9 days with current market offer period of some 13-16 weeks. Very professional, friendly. Initially more expensive than larger local chain. Showed potential customers around on our behalf. Initial asking price was competitive as confirmed by the other agency but being local, I chose BH. Would recommend. BH sales team are to recommended. Fees are well worth it.

We do not understand your comments, nor do we know who you are. We are a genuine agency with a genuine website and do not advertise falsely? Please identify who you are and perhaps we can help you? We don't know what property you are referring to but as estate agents are we not allowed to sell properties that require updating or that are "derelict" as you call it?

GoogleMy husband and I met with 3 estate agents including Bennett Homes in October 2020 when we decided to sell our flat in Ealing. We chose Bennett homes because of Sophie Rose Walker who talked us through how the process would be managed whilst living through the pandemic; how the estate agents would work with us and what we could expect from her at each stage of the sale. Right from the outset we were reassured by Sophie Rose. Her manner and candour was refreshing. Whilst our flat was sold STC within a few weeks of going on sale, the process to completion/exchange was somewhat longer than any of us had anticipated. Sophie however kept us informed diligently and faithfully. When we were worried she spoke to us calmly providing factual information and sensible advice.
