Your friend, who was a tenant with us, left a property in a poor condition. The landlord wants to deduct the cost of dilapidations identified by a 3rd party professional inventory company from his deposit which has upset him and clearly asked you to do this. It is despicable behaviour attempting to tarnish this companies name and you have been reported to Google for your false review.

Thank you your post, as you know all of our properties have a independent inventory check-in and checkout. I have copied the dilapidation's list below (well part of the list as it's so long) as out lined by the inventory company as to a reminder how you left the house. The house was newly refurbished when you moved in January 2017 and this is how you have left it. As you know you paid the rent directly to the landlord as we did not manage the property, thus we have not charged you for damages, this is a cost the landlord has estimated from the checkout, you can of course use the DPS dispute service if you disagree with the checkout as is your right if you think you left the house all 'nice and clean'.
