GoogleI’ve had an excellent experience with Maxine Lesters and would recommend to both landlords and tenants. They are professional and efficient, in particular Teri-Anne has been amazing in her responsive approach to getting maintenance issues resolved.

GoogleMaxine Lester have been very supportive and communicative throughout the whole process. Malcolm was very informative and friendly while showing me the flat. Mia and Olivia were always helpful with information and any support I required and they processed everything really fast.

GoogleI have been a tenant of Maxine’s for the previous five half years. The staff in the office are fab. Always happy to go out of their way to help resolve any issues, if ever I do need to contact the team for any repairs, Jenny is always on the end of an email and everything is sorted quickly and efficiently.

GoogleAs a tenant, this would be the worst lettings agent you can find. I am so disappointed with their services especially with maintenance. And at the end of your tenancy don't expect your deposit amount back. They will never give your deposit back, instead talks bullshit and create an invoice for the completed refurbishment of the house.

GoogleSupport from start to finish. Very polite and friendly attitude towards clients. We were lucky to communicate with Olivia Nicholls, a pleasant and responsive specialist. We were happy with the services of this agency. We were very pleased with the very quick responses to all requests, as well as quick solutions to emerging issues. The viewings were carefully organized, interesting and unobtrusive, and the agent was excellent. Our family recommends it!
