Hi there, I’m Katy and I have devoted the last 18 years to estate agency right here in the quaint market town of St Ives, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas. During this journey, I have built a formidable reputation for offering reliable and expert advice to my clients, and now I’m excited to offer my own personal service. My love for the property market runs deep, it’s not just about transactions. It’s about building relationships and collaborating with clients to achieve their goals. I genuinely love guiding people through the rollercoaster of selling their home ensuring not just a successful outcome but an enjoyable experience along the way. With both experience and a qualification in residential sales under my belt, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Beyond preparing the details, marketing, and negotiating the sale itself. I specialise in sales progression and creative problem-solving, I’ve seen it all (well not perhaps ALL), but have overcome the most complicated hurdles throughout the selling process and will hold your hand to the very end. After almost 2 decades at a well-known local estate agent (I know what you’re thinking ……I don’t look old enough) I’m excited to step into a new era doing things my way to ensure a personal experience for every client, your very own personal estate agent, who will be accountable for everything. GoogleIf 6 stars was available Katy would be worth it. She was fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much hassle and even with an incredibly tight timeline due to having a baby, we got in the house a month before, so we could make it perfect. Thank you so much Katy. We went from offer accepted to completion in less than 6 weeks & everything ran smoothly and went to plan. The service we received was exceptional; from the late night and weekend messages answering our many questions, a second viewing, recommending a solicitor (who was also fantastic) & just being so helpful and supportive throughout.
