Ive recently had a property in St Helens off the Nicholson Lettings group, I absolutely love the apartment & am currently enjoying settling in and make the place more homey.There are still some snagging works to finish off in the buildings communal areas but I'm confident these will get completed in due course and give the building that finishing touch it deserves

I am happy to say I have been a resident of the Nicholson group for five years now since the opening of the Plaza building. The hotel quality foyer/entrance provides a great first Impression for visitors. The few problems I've had over those five years including during covid have always been dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. Another big plus for me is the virgin business internet supplied through out the property which helps massivel on days im working from home. Highly recommended as the 5 years plus would suggest

Before moving to the property, I have been so anxious and scared that it might not look the same as what they advertised as they only do online viewing. I was so relieved when I finally got the keys to my flat in Astoria St Helens. It is exactly the same as how they advertised. The flat was fresh and very clean, looked like nobody lived there before. Another bonus is having a very responsive property manager, Iestyn. All i get is excellent customer service! He response to my queries as soon as possible. I have been living here for a month now and so far so good. Only downside is the parking for residents as there’s no designated parking for each one so its a first come first serve basis but you will find street parking nearby just beware of the restrictions. Apart from that I am happy I am staying at one of Nicholson’s properties.

I previously lived in one of their Liverpool properties back in 2017 until 2020 then I moved into their beautiful Nicholson Lofts development in St Helens and I am still here until this day. Super handy having WI-FI available in my rent. Friendly staff and great location to shops.

Cannot fault my Experience moving into a property with Nicholson letting’s I was moved in by Iestyn he went above and beyond to make are move in a stress free experience, property was so clean and smelling wonderful for weeks,making the property look like no one ever lived here Amazing.Highly recommend renting a property with The Nicholson Group. What an excellent team!

The property I lived in was falsely advertised online. The building was clearly neglected by the landlord and the agency. No refuse bins were available and current tenants left household waste and black bin bags outside of the property entrance resulting in a health and safety hazard. The few interactions with the agency were always met with hostility and poor customer service. Would not recommend renting any property from this agency, especially in the Liverpool area. It’s clear they place most attention, effort and marketing on the St Helens property and neglect what they view as their lower income residences.
