GoogleIts such a shame that it only takes one person in a company to spoil a good relationship. I have used hair and son for a number of years and always held them with high regard unfortunatley today there was a conversation with a Charlie Boxall who we found to be rude, unhelpfull and very unprofessional to say the least.

GoogleThe management is terrible I am a landlord of a flat and after communicating with them I have received a money claims court process. Do not recommend them and the service of management.

GooglePoor service, iv been ringing since past 1 week for a viewing but every time i ring im either transferred to a voice mail or i be put on hold for at least 30 minutes and still no answer, so i have to hang up after getting fed up of waiting..

GoogleBoth me and my sister were selling our home, QPS handle the process efficiently from cradle to grave. They also helped us find a new property and deal with all the paperwork. Will definitely work with them again and it's goes without saying always recommend them

GoogleI found the whole process relatively pain free, there were a couple of niggling issues but on the whole these werent of Ben or Olivia's making. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

GoogleQPS were intially helpful and friendly, but then demonstrated very poor ethics by continuing to carry out viewings on the property after my offer had been accepted. Very disappointing and frustrating.
