GoogleAlthough Jon wasn't our estate agent, he was in the onward chain and he did a lot more than our own estate agent. He was always available to answer questions and I would not only recommend him bul I'll be using him myself in the future

GoogleUnfortunately the people that work within the office are extremely confrontational, having dealt with them for the last 3 years I wouldn't recommend them. The people you interact with outside of the office are very nice though. It's just a shame they promote an aggressive work environment for the public to deal with.

We manage in excess of 800 properties, when keys are returned through the letterbox of our office without any relevant paperwork, it is necessary for our staff to ask you to identify yourself and to know which property the keys belong to, which is what happened on this occasion. It is also important for us to have the key receipt form in order to process the return of a deposit and take a forwarding address to enable us to forward any post on to you, with the office doors being locked, it was imperative that we caught up with you before you walked away completely and we were unable to identify you or the property. This was rushed and therefore may have appeared confrontational however this would not have been intentional.

He provided more materials than any other agent when it came to valuing our house and comparing it to other local properties that had sold recently. He also went above and beyond when we were buying too. Letting us know what a property we wanted was worth and also a look at how much over or under asking price similar properties went for to help us know what the market is like so we were in a better position when bidding. We recommend and would use if moving again.

GoogleAvoid Avoid Avoid! The good reviews on here are trying to hide the bad ones. We have been with QPS for over 2 years now, they have been so terrible at every turn. They will find any way possible to get money from you. They are very hard to get out to fix problems with the property. They are clearly understaffed. They go against their word, have attended the property without notice and are generally very unhelpful people. Update: We appealed against their ridiculous ‘cleaning’ and ‘repair’ charges, and we were awarded almost all of it back.

GoogleI have rented my property with QPS for 8 years now. The property has never been empty and appropriate tenants have always been found quickly. The inspections on the properties are excellent, providing full written reports and photos. I receive prompt rent payments and statements via email. I use QPS maintenance service for any problems as it is fair priced and works are carried out quickly. I am now in the process of selling the property with QPS, who took many viewings/offers and has sold within 4 weeks. QPS also arranged for a quote for legal cover and have been excellent in communicating with me so far. I would highly recommend this agency to perspective landlords.

GoogleI have never come across a company that is as unprofessional and rude and tells so many lies as hair and son letting department. They tell lies to cover lies, accused me of being a liar, raise their voice and use a very aggressive tone on the phone then hang up. This was not just speaking with one member of staff, but three different members of staff. An extremely unpleasant experience. Avoid avoid avoid.

GoogleI have been very pleased in my recent dealings with Olivia in the lettings department, she was quickly able to assess my requirements as a landlord and helped me find some lovely tenants that I hope to keep long term. Olivia has shown that she understands the local market and answered any questions or concerns with sensible, honest replies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and her team to any new or experienced landlords.

GoogleLast year they couldn't sell my maisonette in two months time while other agent sold it in 2 weeks. They are extremely cheap though, but I guess you get what you pay for... Also be careful with their contract, you need to let them know 8 weeks in advance hat you want to terminate, so they do play a time-wasters game, where you are stuck with them for two months when they cant sell it.... I can't recommend...
