Having decided to sell my property I appointed David Davies to advertise, arrange viewings and negotiate with potential buyers, They conducted an enormous number of viewings and upon finding the eventual buyer kept contact with me, the buyer, and the various solicitors involved, the actual process took several months to complete but they kept their finger on the pulse all the time, they have been courteous and patient throughout the the entire process and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have recently sold 2 houses with David Davies. Throughout both processes we found all their staff to be helpful,professional, caring & knowledgeable. However,we have to add extra bundle praise for Loiuse who went above and beyond her role whenever we needed additional information or assistance. I have been a client of David Davies Lettings for the best part of 3 years. During this time all my dealings have been remotely with Laura who has been nothing short of exemplary in providing a professional service. Yes there have been bumps along the way - that's life, when there have been she has not once failed to try and help resolve the issues and has always taken responsibility to feedback. As a first time buyer, I would recommend David Davies to anyone looking to buy a house in/around St Helens. While the EA, of course, works for the seller, I can't fault David Davies on the service provided to us as buyers from start to finish when viewing, offering on and finally completing on our house purchase today. Nothing was too much trouble, Louise in particular did an amazing job pushing the purchase along and the online system used for tracking a purchase/sale makes it really easy to understand where you are up to in the house buying process. We had been messed about by other estate agents using underhand tactics before we finally found the perfect house for us with David Davies, who were friendly and very professional from the outset. Absolute joke of a company. Horrendous 3 year tenancy, had to mither for repairs which were never done. Unbelievably rude staff in the Rainford branch. Woman who works there (Gill) is a patronising cow and Mark, one of the inspectors is a 2 faced coward. Please avoid this unprofessional estate agents at all costs, absolutely shocking.

Dealt with both Dan and Sinead through the entire process, both very professional and supportive during a very stressful time when I was dealing with everything on my own. I have used David Davies Estate Agents for the last twelve years to look after the letting of a property I own in St.Helens and have to say I have had no problems at all. I know that many landlords have horrendous problems with non-paying and destructive tenants but I have used their full service where they find suitable tenants, check references, etc. and provide ongoing inspection reports - as a result, I haven't lost a single months rent in the whole of that time. To be honest, for the small fee they charge, I wouldn't even remotely consider handling it myself, it just isn't worth it. Verdict: Recommended

I have been a tenant through David Davies for the past 3 years. I have found the company very helpful both with helping me finding a property to rent and with communicating with my landlord(s). My queries are always answered in a friendly manner and Gill in particular always contacts me ASAP if I leave a message specifically for her. House inspections are always done thoroughly, which has allowed me to receive my deposit back when I have left a property. Any repairs have been completed by my landlord(s) promptly. The service that I have received has been second-to-none from David Davies and I would highly recommend them more so than a local competitor that I have previously been with.
