I have tried to get in contact through email and phone for 3 weeks now, and no reply whatsoever. Obviously it is going to be extremely hard for me to move in, yet alone book a viewing if they never pick up the phone. The only call they did pick up was someone telling me to phone elsewhere, and after I refused they told me they would send me an email with all the property information. I'm still waiting.

Over charged me for my management fee, which remains unrefunded. Next month they re-charged me for an increase that they did not previously apply. They forgot to charge me for my insurance. They never respond. What a uselss bunch of clowns.

Worst letting agent I’ver ever delt with. Single handedly lost £1000’s of rent for clients by NEVER answering the phone or returning calls and emails. Had a viewing booked , after weeks of being ignored and having to show up at there physical office. I received no confirmation on-the day, and could not get hold of anyone to confirm either. I will never recommend DJ Alexander to anyone looking to rent or sell. Worst letting agent in Edinburgh.
