I have been trying to arrange a viewing for an apartment I am interested in for a week with no success. I have repeatedly called DJ Alexander but have been unable to get through to anyone in the viewing team. Last Tuesday (04/08/2020) I spoke to a member of the operations team who took my contact details to be passed on to a member of the viewing team. I was called back and advised that I would not be able to book a viewing until the tenant had moved out and would be contacted at the beginning of the next week (10/08/2020). I have not heard anything since. I have called numerous times since the 10/08/2020 and have left my contact details with two different members of the operations team and still have not been contacted. I have also sent several emails enquiring about the property and stating my keen interest, but have not received a response. I understand that DJ Alexander is extremely busy, but I am very disappointed that I have not been able to arrange a viewing for an apartment I have repeatedly expressed interest in.

Generally OK, usually respond well. Key handover was a disaster, only allow keys to be collected during the working day when people aren't free, only gave us 1 set of keys originally. Then delayed the other set being given to us. Also haven't given us the keys for the garden despite moving in 3 months ago and emailing multiple times.

My daughter has been communicating trying to rent a property in Edinburgh. DJ Alexander's communication is absolutely the worst I have witnessed by a long way! How they treat their customers is awful! My daughter had waited weeks for an online viewing, now she has applied she is waiting for an answer from them regarding an issue with the application. For over a week she has called and emailed every single day and got no reply from anyone despite leaving voicemails!! She is 6 months pregnant with 3rd child, needs a bigger house asap. It is absolutely disgusting how she is being treated!!
