Fantastic service from start to finish! Was lucky enough to have Robert Love dealing with the property we were buying, and I have to say he was a total professional throughout. It is fair to say that he had a lot to put up with from me as we were very keen to move, and he answered all my questions with patience and good humour. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We found British Home Sellers to be extremely helpful when we were purchasing one of the properties marketed by them. we were kept informed of all updates regarding the upward chain, and I also felt that they pushed to speed up a slow process making it less stressful for us. I would certainly recommend them for anyone considering selling or buying in the future.

I wish to say that although my purchase of the property for sale with British Homesellers did not reach a successful completion, this was certainly not as a result of the service provided by Charles Gale. He acted in a fully professional manner from the beginning to the end. He was always available either by phone, or text and email, and responded to my requests for information as quickly as possible. I have nothing but good things to say about him and wish him every success in the future, and thank him completely for his help and support through this process.

Following nearly 12 months of sporadic viewings with 3 local Estate Agents, I was begining to think i would never sell my property.Then out of the blue, I received a circular from British Homesellers. Normally I would automatically bin this sort of approach, but I made the call and was very glad I did.After the usual niceties my property went back on the market. I received a small amount of viewings very quickly and soon sold my property. The service didn't stop there. I had help and support throughout the sale and was amazed at the professionalism of the concierge team.Well done to all concerned. Thank you for making my move as easy as possible.

The service we'd received from British Homesellers left us with little to complain about. The agent we dealt with over 11 months did everything he could to keep us informed about what was going on during the purchase process. He was always polite and courteous.The only issue we could find with British Homesellers (and for us, this turned out to be a BIG issue) was that they refer sellers to a company called DezRez Legal for their conveyancing work. We found DezRez legal to be the most inept 'law firm' one could imagine. Their appalling ability to do even the most basic legal work left us with a sale that should have taken a matter of weeks lasting over 11 months. It was truly excruciating, and cost my wife and I a great deal of stress and anxiety. Every single person I know in the legal profession who has ever come across DezRez legal also condemns them as awful, and therefore the only black mark I can put against British Homesellers is that they continue to work with such a shoddy outfit. It is a shame, because the estate agents themselves are fantastic and do great work. We had no complaints there. So, as long as you (or the person you are buying from) avoid using DezRez Legal for the conveyancing, then I can recommend British Homesellers as an agent. However, it is my most sincere wish that they find another law firm to recommend their customers to. I fear it could hurt the reputation of what is a good estate agents.

He always returned calls promptly without me having to call back and offered to chase solicitors for me when it seemed I’d hit a brick wall. Overall, very impressed.

We were very pleased with the help and advise received especially from Robert Love and Charles Gale at British Homesellers. Whenever it was difficult to contact Premier Property Lawyers, ( no answers to emails or phone calls) British Homesellers would look into it for us and would get back to us immediately with the updates. Would highly recommend them when buying or selling a property.

I have just completed on a sale, the sellers used British HomeSellers. I found myself asking them more questions than my people. They were very helpful, always polite, and really kept me up to date. I had never heard of them before. But would definitely recommend them in the future. Only given 4 stars, as I feel 5 stars should be amazing, but can’t really fault them

So easy to deal with and I liked that I could arrange with the sellers to collect the keys outside of work hours. Alex assisted me with my purchase and he was fab! We had quite a long and complicated process not to do with the agency or seller. Hoewever, the support and communication from BHS was amazing . As it was a stressful process the reassurance and advice from our agent made a huge difference to us!
