After a little bit of a disappointing start with my house sale, British Home Sellers have actually stood up to the plate and have taken responsibility and control of the situation. Nobody gets is right 100% of the time, it’s how they deal with it that counts. I’m very impressed of how they have taken ownership of my complaint and have dealt with it very professionally and politely. I’m now quite confident that the issues i was facing are now resolved. Hopefully in the near future i will be in a position to write another positive review once my house has been sold.

I would never have thought of using an out of area estate agent before but my experience of BH as a purchaser was first class. Alex C kept me updated on everything and between us, the vendor and my lawyer we managed to get the deal over the line. Despite difficulties of a letting agent, tenant in situ and vendor being abroad and his lawyer not getting him to wet sign the deed, we did it!

Found a property online that was being sold by British Home Sellers. From the first call to find information about the property and book a viewing, BHS have been professional and on the ball since then right through to completion last week.Charles, who works for BHS was absolutely outstanding! He was my go to guy who went above and beyond even answering calls whilst on holiday!Charles knew more about the sale of my own property than I did! Always answers the phone, any questions I had he knew the answer, if he didn't he would find out and call me back straight away.I have completed on the property now, and I generally feel it would have taken longer if it wasn't for the team at BHS.If the time comes and I sell my property then BHS will get the call and I would sell my property through them 100%From a VERY happy homeowner!
