GoogleDO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT!!! Terrible customer service, rude, lied about deposit repayments and failed to address issues with our rented house over the course of 12 months. Luckily the Deposit protection service disputed these issues for us as tenants and we got most of our money back.

GoogleEchoing others who've dealt with these guys, the name couldn't be further from the truth. We organised a property viewing to which they changed the viewing time last minute and then didn't bother to show up anyway π β¦

GoogleI will start by saying how wrong the name of this company is. I have never dealt with such a money stealing and lazy estate agency. β¦

Hi Cara, It is both disappointing and surprising to receive your 1 out of 5 star review of The Good Letting Agency, as we are unaware of any issues relating to our services throughout the duration of your tenancy with us. Is it possible for you to elaborate please so we can try to address this?
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
