So glad we chose to go with Robinsons Sedgefield to move home. From start to finish their service has been outstanding. Ryan understood our needs straight away and went above and beyond to help us find our new home. His kind and genuine personality shines though. He really knows what he’s doing and wants what is best for each client. Having Sharon and Jade there organising our viewings and answering any questions we had made the whole process so much easier and less stressful than we thought it would be. I booked a viewing for a property in Wolsingham which I had to reschedule. I mailed Barbara in their office twice - no response from either so I gave upWhat really annoyed me was the anodyne strap line to this sales negotiator’s email saying “if there is anything I can do please blah blah blah blah”So may I suggest instead of strap line do something real - do what you’re asked It isn’t hard !!!

I contacted Robinsons about a property they had to let (Manor Grove) via on the Market.com, I had an email a couple of days later to inform me it was still available. I emailed them back explaining my circumstances etc. and asked some general questions and I have heard absolutely nothing back from them. As a business I would like to think they would have the respect to respond to my email, even if it was to say it was not suitable for me. Obviously in no great need to let this property, or is it a case of the property has now been let, either way an email to advise me would of been appreciated. Very disappointed indeed.

An when things slowed down waiting for references etc an keeping in contact with the landlord/landlady an ourselves where very patient an understanding. Treating people as people an using common sense but at the same time keeping everything wright, all the staff are very very polite, respectful, with a lot of knowledge of what they do, they made what was a very difficult time for myself an wife a lot more tolerable, with a great deal of reassurances an friendly nature of the staff, myself an wife cannot praise the staff enough, an a simple thank u for all ur help does not come anywhere near enough, but nevertheless a big THANK U To U All
