R Soles. Avoid. They will degrade you, insult you. They will lie to you cheat you, take your money before all legal docs are signed. They will strongly deny this as they are above all us minions.Young kids, unprofessional, not a clue.Probably the worst company I have come across in all my years.Should be closed down

GoogleAs a purchaser of a property being sold by Pygott and Crone, I was very impressed by the help, cooperation and general friendly demeanour of all the staff I spoke to, and especially those I dealt with directly about the purchase. Although I wasn't a seller, I couldn't recommend them enough, because if they deal with their sellers anything like they dealt with us, they have been fantastic.

GoogleHelped my elderly father in law with some important paperwork and they weren't even selling his property! Estate agents get a lot of bad press, but these guys impressed me. Very knowledgeable and professional too. Thank you Pygott and Crone.

Wrote to who I believe was their CEO a T Downing concerning an issue about disability discrimination.I received no acknowledgement from him at all, nor did he reply to my concerns about a blatant discrimination act. To me if they will not take this seriously, what else will they ignore - racial discrimination, gender discrimination. On that basis people should not use this company

Disappointed and poor service. Property wasn’t pushed, no feedback given from viewings, sometimes weren’t even informed or viewings. When I collected the keys to go with a new agent they gave me the wrong keys!

YellBuyer beware!
Extremelly rude. Agent Charlene reluctant to arrange a viewing as she was convinced it would be a "waste of time." I explained husband and I are looking to purchase a second property (first being a small starter home I bought pre-marriage), and for some reason she assumed a house worth £200k would be out of our reach. Will take our inheritance money elsewhere.

Having bought our house thru P&C in Grantham, they were fantastically attentive. Well done to Beth and Craig for a smooth, attentive, informative, supportive sale which wasn't easy at times. They kept us informed of all movements within the chain, chased all parties regardless of time, effort or who was supposed to be doing their bit. High Five to a great team!

Worst experience ever!!!!! Very unprofessional with bad manners and bad service, they worked more for the buyer (but who was paying their bill???? not the buyer!!!!!). We have moved previously but they made this move even more stressful than any previous moves. Would NEVER use this company again...... would suggest going to another agent!!
