GoogleWe recently bought a house though Morris and Mennie. Though it was a rough process selling ours Karen at M&M really helped the process go though. I would advice not to use Purple Bricks and their Conveyancers and to go with an estate agent like M&M who offer the support. Karen even bought the keys out to the road as I had my newborn baby in the car to make it as easy for me as possible on moving day. A lovely touch.

GoogleI would just like to share how amazingly professional the team at Morriss & Mennie are. We started off by meeting Karen the manager to talk about selling five houses on a new development in Holbeach. Karen's knowledge on the current housing market was top class. I then we onto meet Brad who valued and photographed the properties. Again, very smart and professional and the photos were perfect. The photo's definitely helped to turn the houses into sales. And last but not least, the admin/sales team. Jill at the Holbeach office and Libby and Emily at the Spalding office, always keeping us up to date with the progress of the sales. Communication is key in any business! Thank you to all of you! P.S. Morriss & Mennie SOLD all of our remaining properties in less than THREE WEEKS. GoogleWe sold our house through Morris and Mennie and couldn’t have asked for a better service from Libby and Jill. They were both so professional and kept us up to date every step of the way. Libby managed most of the sale and rang us at least weekly even if there wasn’t any significant update. Dealing with other agents when buying a property has shown us even more the quality of this service and how important it is to go with a recognised high street, reliable and available estate agent - rather than cutting costs to go with an online agent that never returns calls or has any idea what’s going on!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Google3 years ago they allowed us to view an empty property at short notice before we returned to Somerset, we asked for a second viewing 3 hours later before we headed home and again it was arranged. They went the extra mile as far as we were concerned and kept in touch through the sale, would have no hesitation in using if we were selling this property.

I cannot recommend this business enough! I've recently sold and brought a new property through Morriss and Mennie and was astounded at how fantastic the service was. The office was clean, the staff were friendly. The valuation was carried out within a matter of hours (although they were busy they made time to come and see me), the EPC was done thoroughly and efficiently, and the sale of the property was quick and hassle free. They even arranged solicitors and a financial advisor for me! The property was just what i was looking for, in the right area where they had also sold another one down the same road earlier the same month! Brilliant!
