GoogleI have to say, our move hasn't been as swift as we would have liked, however, that said, Lorna at Morris And Mennie has been our saviour. She has kept us more informed and up to date than anyone dealing with our sales and purchase. Would I recommend Morris And Mennie? Yes I would. Thank you Lorna for all your assistance.

GoogleWe recently moved from South Wales to the Spalding area, and as with most house moves there are logistical issues to overcome, but moving so far (5hr drive door to door), meant the usual 2nd and 3rd visits to a property were nearly impossible! That is when we found out how amazing some estate agents are compared to others. Morriss & Mennie, literally helped us with everything and anything we asked, from gaining measurements for curtains, to asking a million questions of the vendors, to having the heating turned on for when we moved. I cannot recommend these guys enough and special mention has to go to the Manager - Karen, as in my opinion went above the call of duty to ensure our move went as smoothly as it did. My mother in law is moving to the area very shortly and we’ve already stated to her to use Morriss & Mennie. Thank you again.

GoogleWe had the most stressful house buying process, taking 8 months due to the vendor's inept solicitor. However, Karen and Libby were amazing, with Karen constantly chasing them, keeping us updated with regular emails and phone calls and generally being in our corner to secure our first home. We would definitely recommend them and will use them if/when we decide to sell.

GoogleOur experience with Morriss & Mennie started really well - Jodie was fantastic - very responsive and always quick to reply to emails and kept us updated. We were buying a property that they listed. Unfortunately as we got closer to the end of the process the contact stopped and when I rang to get an update I was informed Jodie had left, (obviously suddenly). After that I felt things fell apart and we lost confidence in them, we didn't feel we had clear communications, and felt somewhat patronised by the agent. Our house sale did go through relatively quickly but the communication on the dates involved was lacking clarity. We seemed to be being told one thing by the solicitors and one by the agents. We certainly wouldn't list a house with them in the future. We also did not feel that the solicitors recommended by them were any good.NegativeResponsiveness

My sale wasn't an easy one due to many mess ups from solicitors but Libby was amazing, she worked incredibly hard trying to sort the solicitors, chaising constantly and keeping me up to date. Highly recommended this team, great customer service, and hard work. I cant thank them enough

GoogleHorrible experience. Booked to view a house and they "forgot" about the appointment on a Friday late afternoon. Phoned after 10m of the appointed time asking why there was no one there and they told me they didn't know and where going to find out. No one phoned back and I waited about another hour on site for a response, couldn't even connect to their office phone anymore. Very unprofessional and rude. Had to phone the next day just to get an answer. Apparently they received an offer for the house just before we showed for the viewing and they just discarted us! We had such a large amount of calls on this property Friday and although this should not be an excuse, we do understand you're upset. We would hope that you change your mind with regards to dealing with our agency in the future as I can assure you this is not common practice and our team are usually very efficient. GoogleFrom the offset at our 1st valuation we had the correct sales advice from Brad who later took some great photos, for a fast sale I opted for the upgrade photos with a drone they also looked amazing. Proactively we had two viewings before our house was fully listed and it was sold to the 1st viewer, the process was chased by Karen who insured everyone on both sides had all the information available at all times. Organised, timely, polite & informative.

GoogleI highly recommend Libby in the Spalding branch, she worked with integrity and transparency throughout the process of selling my late Mother's property. Libby made sure everything was sorted with sensitivity, professionalism and ultimate efficiently which resulted in the sales process only taking approx. 10 weeks, even with a chain involved. GoogleMorriss and mennie dealt with my purchase in a very Proffesional Manor.Karen and libby were both brilliant keeping me updated and dealing dealing with any concerns promptly.They also handled my sale more professionally than the estate agents who were supposed to be handling it.The other little star at this company is sue who sits all alone upstairs handing the administrative side,she is so lovely and a pleasure to talk to I felt like I had known her for ages.Thanks for all the effort lady's I only wish I had sold through you as well instead of the useless estate agents from peterborough that took my money and did next to nothing.Will highly recommended you to everyone.xxPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
