GoogleBought and sold property in Peckham/Nunhead through W&S and would definitely use them again. Much more local knowledge that the other bigger agents when it came to doing our valuation, and Thanh provided excellent advice when our initial buyers massively dropped their asking price.

YellNot good for buyers
Poor experience as a buyer. The estate agent acted only in the interest of the seller and didn't do a good job of trying to hide this. Would come to us with emails such as 'just say you'll agree to exchange on any date to get this through?' and told us we were 'worrying too much' when we had questions about a delayed completion. As we approached completion date, our estate agent stopped reply to us, wouldn't answer their phone and we had to deal with a delegate (who was slightly better). They might get you a sale but they will make it a stressful experience for your buyer.

We’re sorry you had a bad experience when attending the viewing on the 15th September. This particular property is tenanted and, on this occasion, the tenant had double-locked the door preventing us from accessing the property for the viewing. This was completely out of our control and we do apologise for the inconvenience. Wooster & Stock sell a variety of properties and occasionally, properties do have issues. Until that day, we were unaware of the potential asbestos issue and have subsequently contacted the owner of the property for them to investigate further. Please rest assured, it is Wooster & Stock’s policy to provide full disclosure of any physical defects.

GoogleWooster and Stock are absolutely exceptional at what they do. Even with the Brexit market dip they managed to get a good offer on our home within a month. I always felt like I was in good hands, which can't be said for all estate agents. They gave the transaction the personal touch, which was extremely appreciated, given all the ups and downs that come with selling your home. Big thank yous to all, especially to Gareth and Aimee. Also, thanks for the lovely surprise of the memory book, a hardback keepsake with all the photos beautifully presented. Definitely above and beyond!
