GoogleOur experience of Wooster & Stock has been without exception excellent.
Long before we were ready to put the house on the market they came and gave us advice on what realistically to do and not to do to put it into the best shape for sale. When we were all set we agreed with them what felt like a sensible and positive asking price and then they set about marketing it for us.
We had, I think 35 or 36 viewings in total: the ones that resulted in interest they then managed in a way that kept potential buyers involved without overwhelming them. In the end it came down to a three-way competition: a nail-biting few days which they managed smoothly, with good communication and always with the feeling we were in ultimate control of where things went.
Through the process of offers, exchange and completion they held our hands as much as we needed. Timely and supportive throughout. We’ve just completed, for a very welcome sum over the asking price, which meets and exceeds all of our hopes.
Our buyers also tell us that for their part their interactions with W&S were entirely positive and professional, which is just what you want to hear.
I don’t imagine anyone goes through this process for the fun of it, but Woosters made it as reasonable and human as one could ask. The whole team, including in the office, were without exception great. I believe they know it when we say we would use Wooster & Stock again in a heartbeat and enthusiastically recommend them to everyone. Thank you, W&S.
