Great communication, quick turnaround time on questions or requests, and the agents were all incredibly friendly. Were able to set up viewings quickly, and identify other new properties that were similar/matched what I was looking for. Cristina was also wonderful in helping arrange a very quick move-in date, and handling the logistics with the landlord to facilitate the move-in.

Bill and Carolina were always helpful and available to support me with the sale process, even when things got difficult with the buyer's solicitors, they remained calm, but always ready to jump on the case to help shimmy things along!
