My property manager - Nora Parkes - was extremely responsive to any issue raised by me or the tenants. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently and nothing was a problem for her. She is a pleasure to work with. Nora was my manager for a considerable number of years and I appreciated the continuity of contact and the fact that we could build a good working rapport.

Pedder Dulwich Village were the acting agents for the vendor of our recent flat purchase, and Sales Consultant Catherine Douglas was excellent from our second viewing with her to completion. She took the time to answer all of our queries promptly, and regularly followed up with the solicitors on both sides to keep the process moving as it should. We completed exactly three months to the day after our offer was accepted, and most of the credit for this goes to Catherine! When we come to sell our new property we would definitely choose Pedder to market it for us.

Great experience all around

Great experience all around, from the first viewing to the completion date.I felt that the information given to me was always fair and accurate. Pedder did not try to push me in any direction but were always quick to answer all of my queries.Ben West was my main contact throughout the period and did a tremendous job in navigating the sometimes difficult relationships between the various stakeholders.Ben also went beyond his normal duties and helped me on numerous occasions, making the overall process much easier.Would definitely recommend them.

Phillippa at Pedder's in East Dulwich was great to work with. Arranging viewings and surveys were easy. Communication was always prompt and efficient. When we were having issues with our bank, she put us in touch with her broker who helped give us some tips on how to nudge the bank along. She kept in touch with us to make sure things were moving along, but not in a nagging way (we've dealt with that from other agents). Clear, consistent and excellent service This review is for Mollie, who has been progressing and dealing with so many hurdles in the purchase of a property. It hasn't been easy, with many changes along the way, but she has been unbelievable and made the whole process as smooth as it could of been, taking on an abundance of responsibility for so many aspects of the sale. Any time we spoke with Mollie, she calmed and reassured us with every bit of information we needed during the call, meaning no waiting for call backs or being left in the dark on matters.Our sellers are without internet and elderly, so she hand delivered and collected all paperwork which I am sure was outside of the scope of works for her but she did it anyway and always did so with so much energy and pride. Myself, and my pregnant wife, have felt reassured and confident the whole time and would highly recommend Mollie and Pedder to anyone in the area. We have just exchanged with completion due in Jan. Summer Purchase

This one is a little late but I wanted to say a big thank you to Phillippa and the team. Earlier in the year we were looking for a property to buy. Phillippa was able to get us in to see a great property in East Dulwich which we were fortunate enough to complete on during the summer. Mollie and Vince are absolutely brilliant! They are the agents that guide and support you every step, incredibly communicative and go above and beyond to help move the sale along.We lost our first buyers and within 2 weeks they had helped us secure a new buyer. The process wasn’t smooth due to uncommunicative solicitors but Mollie was incredible with keeping the communication going between ourselves, our buyer and solicitors. I don’t think our sale would have gone through without mollies tenacity!I wish I could work with them for any future moves!

Good Agency

The sale of my property was not straightforward. I lost two 'offerers', one whilst looking for my onward purchase and one after I had found and some weeks into negotiations, which cost me in abortive legal fees, but Pedders found me my ultimate purchasers in a virtually short space of time after that. Mollie is the best estate agent you'll get

Mollie from Pedder was our estate agent for the purchase of our first property after the previous one we tried to buy fell through.She was amazing from the very beginning to the end. She took us to a number of properties and was never pushy, allowing us to make up our mind about each of them. When we made the offer, she helped us secure it very quickly and we were lucky that she was the one handling our case to the end (in our previous experience, we got passed out to another agent and we never heard back from the person who helped us with the visits). During the conveyancing process, Mollie was extremely considerate of the fact that we had just lost a property and since we were buying this flat with the condition that the lease would be extended, we were a bit nervous that something could go wrong. Not only did she help us navigate this unknown, she was also always giving us updates even before we had to chase and when we had any questions, she always got back to us within the day. We felt like she was in our corner and really cared about this working out for us. If we ever have to sell our flat, we would definitely want Mollie to be our estate agent.
