Rented from this estate agents for 1 and a half years. They were consistently unprofessional, uncommunicative and made numerous errors including not cleaning the house before we moved in. There was food under our bed and dog hair everywhere. The flat was still full of the previous tenants belongings, the bin was mouldy and the flat was still furnished despite being let as an unfurnished flat. Estate agent staff did refund us our fees for this error. Would not use again.

I have recently purchased a property with the help of Vince at Pedder Herne Hill, and I've been incredibly impressed by the service I received. Vince was extremely helpful throughout the process. As a first time buyer I have been reassured, as Vince has answered my many questions from beginning to end. Difficult to get deposit back and don't look into wear & tear

We have just finished the tenancy with Pedder Dulwich Village and they seem to be heavily favouring landlords for checkout deposit process. We paid for an expensive professional end of tenancy clean but pedder inventory clerk reported such minor issues that it looked hilarious to even notice it.Similarly, they didn't take normal wear and tear into account and Pedder just asked me to talk directly to the landlord for deposit negotiations instead of looking to propose and release the deposit. It sounds a big pain to get the deposit back.I would refrain from taking a property again from Pedder and suggest them to be practical so that people have a smooth experience.

The last two lettings have been handled by Esme and she has exceeded even the normally high standards of Pedder. Nothing is too much trouble for her.
