Fantastic aftercare. Any issues that arise get sorted promptly with fantastic customer service. Migle (the property manager) is professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Great property management is rare, and we are happy that Knight Frank approach it with such care.

Five years ago I moved from Birmingham to London to rent a property for the first time at an advanced age. Knight Frank were friendly and helpful with all aspects of the move. As agents for our landlord they have continued in friendly and effective support. Emails are answered at once. Requests for servicing of appliances are dealt with effectively. To sum up, all aspects, especially the human one, exemplary.
