Brilliant Estate Agents: Michal and Gaia

I have dealt with many estate agents over the years, but I can honestly say, that I had the best experience working with Michal Bocian and Gaia Londai. I was continuously updated on changes, paperwork's that needed to be in place. I also felt heard and advised on things to support my best interest. I asked Michal and Gaia to put the letting price up and without them trying to negotiate or telling me I was unrealistic (like other agents did) they just went and got the job done. Absolutely amazing!! Knight Frank is very lucky to have them both working there. Thank you Michal and Gaia for all your hard work! I am looking forward letting out the other properties with you both.

Catherine and the team have been focussed throughout the selling process and remained cool and calm when I have not! We have now exchanged contracts eight weeks after I accepted an offer. I think it is of note that Catherine was also highly regarded by other professionals involved in the sale - two surveyors had commented upon her efficiency to me. Not only is she excellent at her job, she is personable too. I was fortunate to have her in this process and would recommend her highly.

Excellent experience with Louna!

We have used Knight Frank lettings for years and they have always been excellent and as such they have always been our sole agent. Great experience with Lexi

Lexi was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process of finding a rental flat. She was very kind and I felt as though she was on my side, but balanced in also helping the owner to find the right match of tenant.
