GoogleMihai Stanciu at Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward organised a brilliant tour of houses and flats in the Borough/ Bermondsey area, straight of took us to a house that was pretty ideal and told us a lot about the history and character of the general area and specific streets. He was extremely helpful, interesting and also straightforward and clear in matters of business.

GoogleVery very good experience working with Ben from this office. Super professional and the nicest guy you'll ever meet. We were looking to rent a two bedroom flat and he quickly showed us several different options one of which we took. So far its the best flat we've ever lived in. The rest of the team who organized everything were also very good! Only reason for 4 stars is that the maintenance team seems to be pretty slow but I don't think it's related to this particular office!

The agent, Franck, worked hard to ensure that I was informed and kept the conveyancing going at a steady pace by regularly checking on progress with everyone. He was helpful and always available to answer the numberous questions I had as I purchased my first buy to let property. We found out about KFH through my nephew, who’d had recently changed management from another company, and couldn’t recommend KFH highly enough. At the moment we are in contact with two different branches, and we can say they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were concerned about the market and weren’t optimistic about finding tenants quickly, but they really surprised us! We are very happy to have decided to work with them.

From preparing necessary legal procedures and documents prior tenancy, to being reachable and responsive when we have queries during tenancy. If there’s a repair, we are given the quote and we are always asked if we like to proceed. Overall, we are very pleased!
