Quick sale, straightforward. However I was put under pressure to reduce price within only a few weeks of property going on the market which I did not think was necessary. Also the estate agent was a bit too involved in the sale process. He was always polite and trying to move things on but a few more emails than necessary.

KFH generated a large number of viewings of my property and kept me well informed throughout the process. They were persistent and hard working. My only criticism relates to later in the process (once the offer had been accepted) when I was subjected to a large volume of communication which was not always up to date and often should have been directed to lawyers,

GoogleI have felt well looked after by all the staff at this office. At first I let my flat through KFH and Ben Ryaner, lettings manager really helped me when I had some problems with the tenants. Joshua Dawson in sales has been extremely attentive and along with the rest of the staff called me on a regular basis even from before the flat had an offer made on it. All staff have made me feel I can trust them and that they are taking care of me! They have definitely set the bar high and am more than happy to recommend them to anyone. GoogleI have just bought a flat through Josh Dawson from this branch who provided an exceptional service throughout the buying process. He maintained regular contact with me from start to finish, was always on hand to deal with my queries and was unbelievably proactive in chasing up solicitors on both sides. Without his intervention my sale would never have completed before the stamp duty deadline and for that I am very grateful. I cannot recommend his services highly enough and encourage anyone considering buying or selling to use this KFH branch who clearly set very high standards in their staff. This company has the be the worst building management company. last year they left 10 apartments without heating and hot water for 3 months. They never reply to enquiry or emails, even the CEO Mr Watts can’t be bothered to reply. today the whole building 70+ apartments have no water at all.. again no one at KFH are replying to emails.

I recently purchased a flat using the KFH West Hampstead Branch and I was extremely happy with the whole process. The team was very helpful and professional. I also would like to remark that, comparing with the rest of the local Estate Agents, KFH had by far the best properties on their portafolio. I consequently put the flat in the rental market using again KFH, this time the letting team. I was amazed that the same day I received the keys for the flat, the team had already found a tenant. And even a tenant ready to pay above the asking price. Well done KFH West Hampstead. Many thanks for all your help.

I am renting a property through the East Dulwich branch. We were told we would have access to the large communal garden at the front and after three months they haven't given us a key. The communal garden is actually being managed by another company who claim KFH 'keep doing this'. They don't really don't care so we're taking legal action.

GoogleKFH were nice and friendly and did what they said they were going to do - find a good tenant quickly at very close to the quoted rate. When there was confusion about some charges they responded very clearly and quickly and I was reassured. This is not always how it is with estate agents and letting agents!
