Avoid West Hampstead branch. Don't seem to capable of reading a court judgement and then break the court judgement repeatedly entering your property illegally and without consent. The complaints department of KFH think that this is perfectly fine and a right task to perform and that there is nothing wrong with this action. Wow. Please do business in an ethical way and save people from pain. Disgusting.

Excellent communication from start to finish. KFH found a buyer for my flat within a week of marketing it despite it not being the best circumstances for selling. Brian moved things forward and kept it all on track so that we completed close to the original target date. Very little stress for me despite being an absent seller and dealing with the entire process remotely.

They had listened to my wishes and made them come true. The whole purchase procedure has been stress free because of their efficiency in following up emails with real phone calls,. Incredibly rude agent - I asked some core questions about renting and referencing only to get the agent to shove the "I've been doing this for 16 years" and "we are going in circles" despite him interrupting me and not listening to what I was asking. Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend them.
