Horrible mismanagement by KFH Block Management. KFH manages my block at Regency Heights. I would especially call out Michael and Lauren from KFH Block Management who have displayed utter incompetence and unprofessionalism The story goes that KFH changed the Parking control in my block. They did not transfer information regarding the Parking spot owners to the new company and dumped the responsibility on to the residents. And how did they inform the residents - A couple of lines buried in the a 10 page monthly update. Many many residents missed it.I received 4 tickets for a parking spot I own (not rented). I complained and they blamed me. Finally they decided to cancel two tickets out of a whim. I protested but gave up and paid.But others faced the same and everyone complained. They were forced to rescind all tickets. This is when I asked them to process a refund for the ticket I paid. Michael and Lauren refused to take ownership and asked me to chase the parking company. After a lot of protest, I called Michael where on phone he gave me assurance that he will take care of it. Two months passed and nothing happened. When I followed up on email, Michael denied ever assuring me of "taking care of it."Utterly frustrated with this conduct. I also asked for a complaints process and it's been more than a week and I am yet to hear back from them.Absolutely ridiculous behavior.

KFH have been responsible for our block management for over a decade now and as the cost has continued to increase, the quality of service has continued to go down. So few repairs have been made to the building over the last decade that we've become the target of homeless people constantly breaking and entering as they know they can get away with it. KFH rarely responds to emails about these issues and when they do fixes are slow to come by. This is all coupled with the fact KFH still haven't addressed our cladding issues after several years. We've not even had an update from them on it in over 10 months.I'm amazed what they do is legal.

Overall a positive interaction. The property that I wanted became available and I was contacted right away which was nice. I did not enjoy the fact that I was being pressured all the time to make a decision and do everything asap (it did stop after mentioning it). Also I felt that once I showed 100% commitment things have changed and things I enquired about were not treated seriously. Also for the previous potential buyers a bottle of champagne (when they thought the sale will go ahead) was left on the table but for us nothing, not even a note. It’s the small gestures that create loyal customers.

I was given reliable advice and information, in how to move forward with the sale of my property, at all times. GoogleI can't be thankful enough for having such a wonderful agent like Maira! She did a wonderful job since day one up to these date. All the processing went so smoothly as she was really hands on. She is really one of a kind! She was very professional at all times, cheerful and very energetic as well. She possess this positive vibe and was so very passionate about her job . She handled my house letting in a timely manner in a way that she answers all my queries politely with full details. She also guided me and updates me from time to time. What can I asked for more? She did a great job for my house hunt. If I would to give an overall rating with her service, that would be 10/10! She deserves a perfect score, really!

GoogleI've been looking for a property to rent for a while now but have found and made offers for some really great ones with KFH, with my agent Maira offering great advice and flexibility on viewings and a range of properties. I have since had an offer accepted on a great property. This process can sometimes be a bit overwhelming with the speed at which deals need to be completed with a significant amount of documentation and referencing but overall a good service.

As first time renters we have had quite a bad experience with prospective landlords while looking for a short term let but Alex DaSilva from the Streatham Hill branch has done his best to ease the disappointments we have had and has pulled out all the stops to find suitable accommodation for us in our time of need. Untrustworthy and awful company. Do not rent from KFH ever and particularly a managed property. The management team are appalling and the staff turnover is unbelievable. Any works required to the property took months and some were never done. At the end of the tenancy our security deposit was held for a month (for no good reason and industry standard being 10 days) at which point we were told the landlord wished to retain two thirds of our deposit (having completed on the sale of the house the previous week). The house was in awful repair when we took it and the items listed to justify the retention were already there at the beginning of the tenancy, beyond our control / wear and tear or completely overpriced for repair by KFH. The management team, and Jonathan Munoz in particular, are obstructive and untrustworthy and we will be picking matters up with TDS and ARLA accordingly. Avoid KFH at all costs.

We purchased a flat with KFH Peckham this summer. The sales director Jason harassed us with constant calls for updates, telling us the vendor was asking him to be updated, when I had the vendors number and knew they were not asking KFH for updates as I was keeping them completely up to date. KFH also neglected to email us when we requested they do this instead of constantly calling us and interrupting work and even on holiday, when we'd specifically told them not to contact us because we were on holiday. Rude, unprofessional and made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be. Glad I no longer have to deal with them, and wouldn't choose them to sell my property with.

Marina at the East Dulwich office has been amazing in helping us secure a rental property in the area. She was friendly and outgoing from our first enquiry, and has been very attentive when we’ve contacted the office. We also had good experiences with her colleagues when she was away, they typically answered any queries same day. I should also add, our offer was put straight to the landlord and we were not pressured in any way to increase our offer etc.
