GoogleKalmar (and more specifically Marc) helped me find a beautiful flat in Elephant & Castle. The whole process from first visit to completion was extremely efficient (about 7 weeks) and Marc was very helpful in identifying potential bottlenecks in advance to streamline everything as much as possible. I would very much recommend them.

GoogleI tried to contact this agency five times regarding viewing, and I send them emails to communicate with them regarding commercial unit in Clapham Junction, but I didn’t have any response when my colleague sent them an email with a European name you got respond even though he’s send an email after me this is a joke Company they filter you depend on your name after seeing the reviews it looks like they don’t care about the reputation. If I were you just avoid not professional at all

Unprofessional agents trying to scam your deposit. We put down a £400 holding deposit for a flat and provided all the documents for referencing. Over a month has passed and Kalmars agents did nothing. We asked the agent to return our deposit which they denied. We immediately knew that this was a scam since they do not have the rights to hold our deposit more than 15 days. We then reported the scam attempt to the property redress scheme and got our £400 back in 2 weeks. Everyone beware of the scam attempt by these con agents. They told us many lies and false information. When in doubt please check Property Redress Scheme website and stay away from this agency.

“Kalmars were the first property agents In Docklands when it all began back in the 80’s. All the big West End agents used to defer to Kalmars to value anything in Docklands. I’ve worked with three generations of the Kalmar family over the last 26 years and found their advise and services invaluable. They are part of Dockland’s history. Their letting department is headed by the wonderful Francesca. She has handled the letting of all my riverside flats for over five years. She has particular talent and insight in matching the right tenant to the right flat. My average tenant stays over four years so her expertise speaks for itself.

I am not sure what they were about. It seemed as if they were working for the buyers, not us. They kept us hanging on for months. We finally said that we had another interested party and they did not even bother to come back to us. Never met a less interested agent. So pleased to have ended this relationship and wish we had done that much earlier.

The agents at the Kalmars Shad Thames office are terribly rude and unresponsive. I have been trying to arrange a viewing of a commercial property and enquired by email directly to the agent in charge. After several follow-ups and a phone call, the conversation with the agent was as follows: Kalmars agent: "As you can understand, we are very busy but I will look at your email shortly" Me: "I have been waiting for a reply for three weeks now" Kalmars agent: "I said that I was very busy.". *Hang up*

GoogleA friend of mine wanted to rent a space retail for a hair beauty salon but apparently they do not care about us probably because of the language we speak, We went there a spike to a agent, everything looked good we emailed them but we never get any answer, they still have the space empty but as I said before if we do not look like a cool people they do not put energy but they lost a tenant who has the money to pay, I think they overjudge. GoogleThey don't care at all of people's plans, after been viewing a commercial place to start my new busines , i decided to make an offer under sugestion of the agent " scott " then i ve ben told that will be in touch with the landlord and will be responding asap ... after 3 days i tried to contact him to know something about and he never answered then i tried by email and again no respond ... is now more then 3 weeks and this very unprofessional agency deserve one star review ... you should not joke , with people plans , you should respect people timeing and respond with the decision even if negative . just shame staff.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
