YellVERY RUDE
Deptford one: So my parents go and visit so they can find a solicitor to prove they are seperated for their council tax, and my grant for student finance most importantly. They told them its £100. I called up and someone says hi and hangs up on me. I called twice and there was a failure, as if they purposly kept me on block or took the phone off. I called and asked why did you hang up on me for? was that you? she goes and says I dont know what you are talking about but we dont hang up on people can i help you? disregarding my issue, can you apolagise? is that why you are on the phone? no mannors much? no customer service obviously! she then tells me we dont deal with seperation evidence or documents, no decree absolutes. So are my parents lying? or is your solicitors just dodgy as expected including you. do us a favor and shut down please. thanks

GoogleAidan helped me find a wonderful place even with the market at its craziest. He is so helpful and a pleasure to work with. He made such a stressful process easy, and pleasant. Not to mention, he works tirelessly for his customers. He’s so responsive and seems to always be available for questions. I can’t say enough good things!

GoogleDespite repeated requests for them to stop calling me, Foxtons continually call with harassing phone calls trying to get me to sign up with them. The be asked about 4 times to be taken off all call lists but the calls don't stop - avoid.

GoogleI rarely write reviews but George Ormerod from Foxton's Peckham branch deserves one. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to any of my closest friends if they were looking for a propety to buy. I have not dealt with anybody else at this branch.

GoogleAmazing friendly staff that helped us so much in such a short amount of time. A big thankyou to Aidan who was with us every step of the way and was only a call away if we had any problems. Would reccomend to anyone if they require an estate agent.

GoogleI very much felt that Aidan H went above and beyond for us. He drove us around 4 or 5 different properties and was lovely company along the way. He seemed very motivated to find us the right place. My only crit would be generally Foxton's properties seem to have slightly high asking prices, although flexibility is often expressed.

GoogleThey put a tenant in my property without telling me they only got referenced under gaurantor. The tenants now been late twice with rent in a six month period. Alongside, I had multiple issues with the management fee, service and speed of response. They charged 6K commission...
