GoogleKristina Simnova took me to quite a few flats and was committed to help, despite the late visits. She was very helpful and patient with me. I was running several searches in parallel and didn't end up renting via Foxtons but there was definitely a good selection there and Kristina made the otherwise painful flat hunt process easier.

GoogleAbsolutely awful. They hid major issues with the property before we signed, and since moving in, they’ve been ignoring our repeated requests for help. We’ve been left to live in precarious conditions with no support, answers or practical solutions from the agency. This company is untrustworthy and completely unresponsive. Honest advice: avoid at all costs.

GoogleVery grateful for the help of Foxtons London Bridge - particularly for Malika’s warm and attentive assistance in finding a rental property. She found us a property within budget and met all of our criteria. Her responses were always prompt and comprehensive. She was particularly considerate of the fact that we are overseas renters and did an amazing job calming our anxieties about renting in a foreign (and particularly tough) market!

GoogleThe service provided by Gabor Szucsik (from Foxtons London Bridge) was great. He was supportive throughout the whole process, from viewing apartments (he only showed us flats that were matching our search criteria, unlike other agents we've dealt with) to making an offer and completing the purchase of a flat in the Bermodsey area. He's always been very responsive for any queries, even after the purchase was made since we still had a few questions for the sellers. GoogleMy wife and I had our renting process conducted by this company. Before signing the contract we asked the Lettings Negotiator if we could have a dog in the future. Their reply was that it would be ok under arrangement. Based on this information we rented the flat. 4 months after that we are having to move because the landlord will not accept any kind of pets. On top of that, we are having to bear the process and all the costs of changing the contract to other tenants without any help from the agency. If you have the chance of negotiating with any other agency than this one I strongly advise you to do that.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI recently purchased my first flat through Foxtons with the help of Imaan and David at the London Bridge Branch. It was great working with Imaan and David. I found them both approachable, friendly, gave good initial advice on my property search, and subsequently helped navigate the purchase, great when you’re a first time buyer and not too familiar with the processes. They also gave good advice on solicitors was again was very useful as a first time buyer. Would definitely recommend Foxtons and thanks for helping me fulfil my dream of owning my own home.
