It’s important to remember that the type, age and size of homes varies widely across the UK and this, coupled with the liquidity of homes in any local market, impacts the ability of any Automated Valuation Model to deliver an accurate valuation.The house price estimates shown on our site are based on a property being in average condition.There is no fixed price for a home - the range shows the estimated variance around the estimated price for the property.
